Great hat! I was so pleased to find the drawstring through the tape inside. I have a small head and I usually have to run a thread through the tape to make it smaller. Great value at £19.95. Arrived very quickly via Royal Mail.

I had to replace a much loved Panama style hat and discovered The Scarf Giraffe. So pleased I did. Excellent fulfilment- my hat arrived the next day. However, and this was my entirely fault, it was the wrong one. Return one and reorder second hat - correct one now. Same excellent service. Love my new hat
